PROPOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION:                

  1. Propose to enter into Executive Session pursuant to Title 25, Section 307 (b) (1) to discuss the employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining or resignation of any individual salaried public officer or employee per Title 25 Section 307(b)(1); Executive Director and Personnel.

EXECUTIVE SESSION:

  1. Enter into Executive Session pursuant to Title 25, Section 307 (b) (1) to discuss the employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining or resignation of any individual salaried public officer or employee per Title 25 Section 307(b)(1); Executive Director and Personnel.

PUBLIC COMMENT:         

  1. Invitation for Public Comment (Comments limited to 5 minutes).

Members of the public desiring to be heard on matters under jurisdiction of the Commission, but not on the agenda, may address the Commission at this time. Comments will be limited to 5 minutes unless the Chairperson grants a longer period of time.
